This project consist of Food Court & Class Room Building of total area 20,9100 sqm. The Class Room building is consist of 72 class rooms that can be accommodate of 1200 students while the food court have 10 restaurants with capacity of 800 peoples.

The project consist of 4 primary pumps, 2 VFD operated secondary pump and 4 Chillers. The ventilation system consists of 23 AHU, 8 Ex. Fans and interfacing with third party devices like FACP, Generator & Split Units. TAC – IA Series BMS work station controlled all individual equipments.
